- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★In one word.....Incredible! The absolute most knowledgeable tax service I have ever used and I have used several all over the country. If you think you're going to get a refund you can bet you will get every penny you are entitled to. If you think you're going to have to pay any penalties you can bet you will not be paying any more than you absolutely have to. We've been using Bonnie's services for over ten years and cannot imagine going anywhere else for our tax needs. Even if you don't live near-by she is definitely worth getting in touch with. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Waiting weeks for a callback because we are being audited. Need a simple W2-S filled out from a past tax. Tried calling every few days. Sending messages thru FB.
