    I am literally standing in the bank right now... for over 5 minutes since 1pm. No one is here... I have called this branch twice now, waiting to see if someone would come out if the phone was ringing... nope, nothing. I walked over to be near the doors in the back of the branch and shouted "Hello!", no response. This branch has the worst customer service. Your hours listed show open until 4pm and still no one is around. No sign stating "at lunch" or "away right now, be back soon". Customer service should be a first priority and it never seems to be so here... After 10 minutes two employees came out of the back stating they are refilling the ATM and would be right with us (another customer had joined the wait by this time). The branch manager, Lauren Wright, asked what I needed and I said I need to make a deposit. She then asked if I wanted to use the night deposit box, and I told her no. (I was thinking if I wanted to use the night box, I wouldn't be waiting here...) I get it.... you get busy, and it looked like you were training a new employee... Regardless, customer service should come first.

    I switched State Farm Agents and if you are looking for an all round awesome agent that will go out of her way to to go the extra mile for you, then Lisa's office is where you need to be. Her staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Insurance for me is very overwhelming and her employee Mary took the time to explain everything where I could actually understand it. When I walked into the office for the first time I felt I was at "my insurance home"! I highly recommend Lisa for all your insurance needs!
